The investment covers purchasing the bus (€7,700), repairs, conversion, classroom equipment, furniture, multimedia and outdoor equipment.

Upkeep: fuel, insurance, technical maintenance, storage, day-to-day operation.

Why is it needed?

Small rural churches often lack:

  • suitable spaces and equipment for working with children
  • ministers and trained Sunday school teachers
  • groups of children large enough for a regular Sunday school
  • a way for a child to take part on their own if the family does not attend church
  • access to LELB camps, programmes and wider Christian fellowship
But the children are there.

They need a place in the church, and the church needs children to have a future.

The solution

Mobility makes it possible to create a Sunday school where there has never been one.

The Mobile Sunday School brings the space, materials, equipment and a team of ministers to wherever they are needed.

Space

A classroom with multimedia, a kitchen, a washroom, transport, an awning, self-sufficient infrastructure, an information point, a base for ministers, a base for outdoor events, and a charging and technical base.

Learning content

Bible stories, discipleship, prayer, music, games, creative activities, fellowship.

Equipment

TV and multimedia, sound equipment, games, creative materials, Bibles and books, learning materials, kitchen equipment and dishes, tables and chairs, outdoor attractions and play equipment, a pull-out awning, outdoor event equipment.

Team

Experienced and passionate ministers, guest ministers, involvement of pastors, local church ministers, training and encouragement of new ministers, volunteers, activity leaders, a driver, technical support.

We bring an inspiring Sunday school closer to children, giving them the chance to take the first step on the way to God themselves.
